On Sunday, August 18 between services (9:10 am- 9:30am), we will hold a pre-class information session about the 8 week long “A Matter of Balance” class. The class will be held from September 10 – October 29 from 10:00 a.m. – Noon. This program is for you if you are concerned about falls, have had a fall in the past or restrict activities because of concerns of falling.
