While it is preferable that you have your own mat, we have some you can use. We also have blocks, straps and blankets available as props for your practice.

Yoga for Men
We also offer a men’s yoga class in-person on Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. This class is co-taught by Amanda and Kathy and features options for both mat and chair. We use lots of props to help build strength, flexibility and balance keeping in mind the special design of men’s bodies.
Preschool Story Yoga–Begins Soon!

Preschool children who are at least 3 years old and a parent/adult are invited to a fun new yoga program. At Story Yoga, Kathy Hagedorn will lead fun stories and activities, and try out some playful yoga poses.
