Mental Health: Family Affair – Speaker: Rev. Dr. Sarah Griffith Lund

Mental Health : Family Affair , Speaker: Rev. Dr. Sarah Griffith Lund will be addressing mental health in the family and marriage and how we can be the change for resilient mental health in our families and nation. Rev. Dr. Lund is an ordained minister, author, mental health advocate and national speaker. She will enrich us with information, stories, and ideas to strengthen us to be proactive about our own mental health and support those struggling around us. The Mental Health Coping Toolkit Resource Fair will be before and after the presentation and Q&A.  At the Resource Fair you will be able to assemble your own Coping Toolkit from numerous resources available at the fair to prepare you for days that are more difficult and develop strategies to prevent difficult days from occurring. Let us enrich our community with healing, connection, education, courage and strength – starting with you. No cost. Registration not required but encouraged if you would like handouts from the event and notices for the event. CEUS for nurses available.
