DESCRIPTION:We Can Help Wednesdays is a program to help elementary kids learn the joy of service through action and experience. Each day includes a service project at one location and entertainment at another. On July 19 we will head to Feed My Starving Children in the morning\, and to Cascade Bay Waterpark in Eagan in the afternoon. The many water slides\, zero depth pool\, lazy river\, and water features will keep our group entertained for sure! For kids who have completed grades K−5. 8 a.m.−3 p.m. Cost $30. We’ll visit Twin Cities coffee shops and sample the brew before heading to another local spot for circle prayer. \nMonday\, August 28 at 9:45-10:45 \nMeet in the Learning Center for a special session of Holy Grounds with Pastor Cheryl Mathison and Amanda Berger. We’ll have delicious cold brew coffee available\, time for a prayer practice and reflection. No registration required—just show up! \n*NOTE​* This is in place of our previously scheduled Holy Grounds To Go offsite. With the popular response to this outing\, the coffee shop is not able to accommodate a group our size inside\, and due to the high temperatures predicted\, meeting outside is not really an option. We apologize for any disappointment and would encourage you to go check out The Lobby in Excelsior on your own sometime.  \n
