Story Yoga is for you and your preschooler aged 3 years old through pre-kindergarten. Enjoy story time with your preschooler and participate in a yoga practice geared to your child’s age. Jump like a frog, stand like a tree, roll up like a burrito. Come join us for one-on-one time with your child as we learn to breathe like a bear, walk like a crab, or spend a few minutes in quiet. The cost is a free will donation to our current mission. Mats and props are provided. Childcare will be available for younger siblings during Story Yoga.
