The Daniel Plan

When

Tuesday, April 2nd from 6:30pm – 7:30pm

The Daniel Plan teaches healthy living practices, rooted in faith. Participants will gather with friends in small groups to study the five essentials of the Daniel Plan: Faith, Food, Fitness, Focus and Friends. The final session covers practical help on sustaining the healthy changes you’ve made through the program. We will share the process of change with the support of God and our friends. No registration. New members are always welcome.
