Movement is great for your mind and body! Sarah Sheeham is teaching adaptive Chair Yoga online through Mind Body Solutions. The class that Sarah is co-teaching, Seated Adaptive Yoga, is on Wednesday mornings, 10–11 a.m. There are other class choices at Mind Body Solutions, as well. Here is the registration link for Sarah’s class. There are a couple of steps to register for classes but once someone is registered they will get the Zoom link by e-mail each week on the day of class.
